Custom Orders

Because many products are custom-made:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  • Custom items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before submitting an order.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify pricing at any time
  • Correct pricing errors
  • Cancel orders resulting from pricing inaccuracies

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Force majeure events

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been shipped.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Custom-made products are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Non-custom products may be eligible for return within the stated return period.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
